Coaching skill session is aimed at learning and development of a skills and techniques used in mountain biking, with the aims of improving performance and enjoyment.
Sessions will be based at Tarland Trails.
Sessions will be based on coaching session plan, but maybe adapted to participates age, ability and fitness.
Session will be groups of 4-8 participates
